Tomorrow, Tuesday September 22nd the re-zoning hearing for the Lighthouse Project will be taking place at the John Cranford Adams playhouse at Hofstra University. It will take place in three sessions; from 9:30-1, 2-5, and 6-9. Please if you can make you let your face be seen and your voice be heard because there will be plenty of opposition present:

We can’t let them and there backwards way of thinking win!! We must attend in strong numbers and show the board that anything beside getting shovels in the ground on this thing is unacceptable! If you can’t attend please send in a public comment to LighthouseComment@tohmail.org. Don’t let them bring down what we have worked years for. The future of Long Island is at stak and think when you get older you can tell your Grand-Children all about the ups and downs and how if they put there mind to something they can do it. Put your mind to showing up to Hofstra tomorrow and make it a great day!!
According to Katrina from the official blog of the Lighthouse LDG President Michael Picker will be featured at 7 PM on news 12 today in the LI talks segment. The TOH spokesman will be representing them. Also if you can’t make the hearing the official blog of the Lighthouse will be live blogging. A link to the site can be found on the side bar.
