I know some may say that I should be happy that we got a point vs the Bruins. While I am happy that we at least got a point I am pretty upset that we couldn’t hold that game!! We had a three goal lead with 8 minutes left and gave up 3 goals in 5 and a half minutes. Some notes from the game:
JT’s play
Bergy had a good game
Roloson needs to get better at shootouts
Jon Sim finally getting a goal
Also what in the heck is Gordon thinking putting Park in the shootout over JT? No offense to Park but cmon now, you drafted the guy to score goals like he did in pd 2 and win shootouts.
If you have any to add post them in comments
Next game: Monday 2pm at the Coliseum vs the Kings General Colin Powell will probably be dropping out the ceremonial first puck.

According to Chris Botta from islanderspointblank.com Islanders RW Trent Hunter will be out 2-4 weeks with a torn pectoral. Receiving the call from bridgeport is our resident enforcer Joel Rechlicz. Hopefully Hunter is a 100% when he comes back and is able to stay healthy for the remainder of the season.
